Disney's Hollywood Studios
Walt Disney World Resort

Another day, another Disney park.  Today we're hanging at Hollywood Studios.

To avoid the opening crowd, we ducked into a shop. Dr. Squirrel thought it was a great idea and followed us in. The awesome thing is that he headed directly to where they keep the crackers and nuts. I would say he was rather clever, but since he has a Ph. D. and all, it's to be expected.

We, like everyone else, went to Toy Story Midway Mania first. The park hadn't been open for 5 minutes
and it already had a 30 minute wait time.

I can't believe they have a queue set up just for the Fast Pass machines.
By the time Steve got through the throng of people to get our Fast Passes, the return time was 10:45 to 11:45.

Wandering through the street scene, Steve found the "Singing in the Rain" umbrella (ella, ella, ella, ay, ay). It wasn't working, but if you pull on it the theme song starts to play and a water effect sprays down from the top of the umbrella.

We explored the Honey, I Shrunk the Kids playground while it was kiddie free.

Cool slide!

Giant pup-pup print.

We hadn't done the Backlot Tour in years.

They had lots of Narnia props on display.

Neat-o bone ball.

Indiana Jones coolness

Catastrophe Canyon action shot!

I'm glad the water wasn't stinky.

The support structure for the canyon is fascinating.

This prop was used in Return of the Jedi. You know, it's from  the scene where your mom was going
to throw Luke Skywalker and Han Solo in the Sarlac pit.

No clue where this one was from. If you know, great job!

Loooonnnggg tram.

Those clouds look a little ominous. It doesn't look like we'll get outta this park dry.
