Carolina Goldrusher
Opened: March 1973 The Carolina Goldrusher holds the distinction of being the older coaster in the park, being on scene from opening day on. This mine-train style ride is perfectly geared for the younger set, as well as those not quite ready to tackle many of the larger, inversion-heavy coasters in the park. Featuring two lift hills (a staple of mine trains, it would seem), the majority of the thrills from Goldrusher are brought on by small drops and curving helices. As a standard mine train, Goldrusher delivers the goods. But in a world where there's a Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, the goods ultimately aren't that good. Still, a good family coaster is a good family coaster. Not sure about that height requirement, however.
