Hey, Tully, remember when I told you there'd be no more
Dominator pictures?
I lied.
The folks over at King's Dominion should be grateful they got such a sweet ride.
Okay, we're in 2007 now. This is a way bigger crowd than
we found
the first time we were there.
Power City Pizza? I wonder if this was once called
"GOTHAM City Pizza?"
It's a cool enough looking building. Again, I'm assuming this is Six
Flags' contrbution
to the park. Decent stuff like this is what you get when Six Flags takes
over a park.
And when Cedar Fair takes over a park,
this is the kind of half-ass thematic
castration you get.
A year after buying the park (in 2005), Cedar Fair dumped some
money into
retracking Raging Wolf Bobs. It derailed in 2007. Money well spent.
It was a pretty decent ride, but I'm not crying.
Raging Wolf Bobs was modeled after an old coaster at Riverview Park in Chicago.
Americana was the park's obligatory ferris wheel.
Nice enough, but it's still a ferris wheel.
Here's the sweets shops. Again, nice building...
Kidszone...pretty cool looking children's area, actually.
I have no clue what half the stuff in this picture is. I guess it's cool if you're a kid.
The ATV ride doesn't seem quite as fun...
Rockets. I have nothing to add here.
Frog hopper. Hey, why isn't there a real drop ride here?
(because Cedar Fair inexplicable got rid of it a few years back)
