Here we have a dude dressed as a turtle riding a four wheeler.
He's supposed to be the mascot.
He looks like a villain from a Troma movie.
You'll have to decide on your own if that's an insult or a complement.
These folks seem to be doing it wrong.
Well, unless they're advertising their motorcycle trailer business.
