TPS Report
ACE Coaster Con XXXII

Add-on Event - Daredevil Daze at Six Flags St. Louis

Um, where's everyone going?

Don't you see the signs warning of EXTREME danger?

Josh dealt it.  Tommy smelt it.
(this caption sponsored by the third grade)

We'll just move along past the train tracks...

...through the station...

...noticing the old logo on the side of the train...

...pretending that dude isn't behind you...

...passing the back-end of the train...

...continuing along the train track...
(seriously, this is the lamest caption job ever)

Okay, it's dangerous.  We get it.

Finally we're on the backside of Evel Knievel, to
get some exclusive shots.  Okay, when there's like 300
people on the walk back, the pics probably aren't
THAT exclusive...

So yeah, remember that dude the Knievel beat down with a baseball bat?  The dude wrote
an unflattering book about him.  What makes this particularly bizarre is the dude wrote
an unflattering book that Evel Knievel had complete editorial control over.

So yeah.  Make of that what you will.

(cough) Cutaway shot.  (cough)

So there's too damn many pictures of Evel Knievel here.
I can't decide if I should talk about the coaster or continue
to paraphrase the Wikipedia page...

...and another cutaway shot...

Okay, I'm out of random Evel Knievel facts.
Did I mention the coaster was pretty damned fun?

I do agree with Tommy, however.  The first half isn't
nearly as good as the finishing series of bunny hops.

Yep, another cutaway shot.

Right as it rounds this curve, it goes into the
aforementioned bunny hills.  I guess they're
going for like motorcycle jumps or something.

Fucked if I know.  My motorcycle knowledge begins and ends with Excitebike.

All things considered, the curving first drop is good stuff.

It's so good, here's a second picture of it.

"Hey, everyone!  Check out my bitchin' hat!"
